BIOGRAPHY OF SLASH
Slash was born on July 23, 1965 in Hampstead, London. From the age of 14, he practised alone on an acoustic guitar. In 1983, he met the drummer, Steven Adler, and left school to form his first group, Road Crew.
SLASH'S EARLY DAYS
Slash and Steve provided cover for the group, Hollywood Rose, replacing the guitarist and drummer. They took part in the group's first concerts in Seattle, then quickly become permanent members.
SLASH AND GUNS N’ ROSES
In 1986, with Axl Rose, they created the very famous group, "Guns N' Roses"! He collaborated with many artists such as Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan, Lenny Kravitz... On April 14, 2012, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Guns N' Roses.
He left Guns N' Roses in 1995 and created a new group, Slash's Snakepit, which lasted until 2002. Then he began a new project with Velvet Revolver.
In 2010, Slash released his first solo album on which the singers Iggy Pop, Fergie from Black Eyed Peas and Flea from The Red Hot Chili Peppers participated.
