STADE FRANCAIS vs STADE TOULOUSAIN 2026
Saturday 19 December 2026
On sale to the general public: Thursday 8 October at 11.00 am
The fixture has now been confirmed. For their return to the Stade de France, Stade Français Paris will face Stade Toulousain on Saturday 19 December at 9.00 pm. The Classico will see a new chapter unfold at the stadium in Saint-Denis.
Twelve years after its last regular-season match at the Stade de France, the capital’s club will revive the tradition of its major away fixtures for one of French rugby’s most iconic fixtures.
Paris and Toulouse already share a rich history at the Stade de France. The two clubs have faced each other there on nine occasions, making Stade Toulousain one of the key opponents in the big Parisian nights at Saint-Denis.
Indeed, it was against Toulouse that Stade Français Paris staged one of its most memorable matches. On 15 October 2005, 79,502 spectators watched the Classico and the Parisian victory (29–15), setting an all-time attendance record for a regular-season match in the French Championship.
More than twenty years after that now-iconic evening, the Classico is back at the Stade de France.
Both on and off the pitch, Stade Français Paris is preparing an evening worthy of the occasion, with the aim of reviving the spirit of the great away fixtures that have marked the club’s history: top-class rugby, entertainment and a spectacular show are all on the cards.
