MUSE’S PREVIOUS CONCERTS AT STADE DE FRANCE

July 2019 MUSE 05/07/2019 MUSE will make its grand return to Stade de France six years after its last 2 concerts. The British rock group will appear on Saturday, July 6, for an exceptional concert.

BIOGRAPHY OF MUSE

The group was formed in 1996 in Devon, England. Composed of 4 members, Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Christopher Wolstenholme, their first release in March 1998 was an EP entitled Muse. Then the following year, Muscle Museum EP.

AN IMMEDIATE SUCCESS WITH THE SHOWBIZ ALBUM

Dennis Smith and Safta Jaffrey set up a production company especially for Muse. They recorded the Showbiz album which was first released in France in September 1999, and then in the rest of the world in October 1999. Muse have a special affection for France.

The group's success was immediate. After a tour of 200 dates, they recorded a second work containing only 4 tracks and set off on tour again. In 2001, the group released their album, Origin of Symmetry.

CONSECRATION WITH THE ALBUM, ABSOLUTION

After a period of silence between 2002 and 2003, the group released their third album in 2004: Absolution, which was a great success, earning them worldwide fame. With this success, they organised the Absolution tour, a year-long tour with 173 concerts in 20 countries.

In 2006, Muse released their fourth album, Black Holes And Revelations and the group returned with The Resistance in 2009 and then with the 2nd law in 2012 and finally in 2015 with Drones.
