Seats are allocated randomly by the ticketing software by allocating the best seats still available when you log on. This means that the seats allocated to you were the last seats available at the time of your purchase.

When you place your order, an initial message in red tells you that your seats are not contiguous. A second message will ask you to check your basket before confirming your payment.

It is not possible to modify your tickets afterwards. As stipulated in the Stade de France General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Event Access Tickets (Dry Tickets and VIP Tickets) cannot be taken back or exchanged. In accordance with article 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase of Event Tickets.
