As stipulated in our general terms and conditions of sale, you can resell your tickets via our official ticket exchange if your tickets :

• were purchased on our website
• are not PSH/PMR tickets
• are not VIP tickets
• are not tickets for French football team matches, the French Cup Final or the Top 14 Final.

The opening of the official ticket exchange depends on the organiser's decision. Tickets offered for resale will only be refunded if they have been resold. If the tickets are resold, the refund will automatically be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase. As long as the tickets have not been resold, you can take them back at any time.
