Stade de France acts as a simple official intermediary for the sale of tickets between the Customer and the organisers of the events concerned. For this reason, no exchanges, refunds or changes may be made by Stade de France according to our general terms & conditions (except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the event - according to the organiser’s terms & conditions.

In addition, in accordance with the legal provisions of Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal on the purchase of catering and recreation services of this kind.
