If you have purchased seats in a VIP lounge for a football or rugby match, your tickets will be sent to you no later than one week before the date of the event, to the email address provided at the time of your purchase. Your car parking spaces are available for download in your Customer Space.

If you have purchased your VIP seats in a lounge for a concert, please note that the procedures for recovering your tickets vary depending on the organiser:

1. If you have bought e-tickets, they will be made available in your "Personal Space" on stadefrance.com, one week at the latest before the date of the event. You will then need to download and print your tickets for presentation on the day of the concert. Your car parking spaces can be downloaded from your Customer Space.
2. If you have purchased m-tickets, they will be available in advance of the concert via the STADEFRANCE Tickets app. Information about downloading this app will be sent to you by e-mail approximately one month before the concert. Your car parking spaces can be downloaded from your "Personal Space".
