I can't see my tickets.

Your tickets will be sent to you via a STADEFRANCE Tickets mobile application. To date, it is not necessary to connect to the STADEFRANCE Tickets application as no content will be displayed.


A few days before the event, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to :

  • download the application onto your mobile
  • log in or create an account if you are using the application for the first time.

You will receive a second e-mail and/or notification from the application at least 24 hours before the event to let you know that your tickets are available on STADEFRANCE Tickets. These will be in the form of a QR Code.
