I can’t find my seats in "My personal space". What can I do?
Following an order placed on our site, you will systematically receive an order confirmation by email.
If you notice a debit on your account and you do not find the order confirmation in your mailbox:
- First of all, make sure that the order was placed on our stadefrance.com website. If your account statement does not show Stade de France or Stadefrance.com, you must have booked on a ticketing platform other than ours.
- Next, check that the email address where you are looking for the order confirmation is the one you used to place your order. It is possible that you placed the order with another of your email addresses (work address, spouse's email address).
- When you log in to your customer account, check that your order appears in your purchase history.
If you are still unable to find your order, send us a request by e-mail to serviceclients@stadefrance.com, stating your first and last name, e-mail address, date of purchase, name of event and amount.
If you have not been debited and you cannot find your order confirmation:
It is highly likely that your purchase has not been definitively validated. We therefore invite you to place another order on our site.
