As soon as you receive the email notification that your tickets are now available, open the STADEFRANCE Tickets app and create an account using the email address you used to buy your tickets.

After a few moments, your tickets will appear on the screen. You will then be able to transfer the tickets to the people accompanying you. Consult the user guide.
