This Terms of Use Charter has been drawn up to clarify to users of the ‘StadeFrance’ Facebook page (hereinafter the ‘StadeFrance page’) the conditions for peaceful and friendly use of the discussion areas on this page.
Users of the StadeFrance page fully and unreservedly accept this Terms of Use Charter and undertake to comply with it each time they visit the page.
Comments on the wall and discussions on the StadeFrance page are open to all. All fans of the page are invited to participate, provided they comply with certain basic rules of courtesy.
This official page is a discussion forum whose purpose is to develop an online community around the activities and news of the Stade de France, and to give this community priority access to information about Stade de France games and offers, as well as exclusive photo and video content. This page also allows users to share their emotions with the Stade de France and other Stade de France fans.
The StadeFrance page is managed, moderated and moderated in accordance with these guidelines.

MODERATORS
Discussions on the StadeFrance page are moderated after they have been posted.
By becoming a user of the StadeFrance page, you acknowledge that the moderators of this page may monitor contributions and delete any contribution at any time. Any comments unrelated to topics related to the Stade de France and any contributions that are inappropriate, offensive, destructive or off-topic may be moderated. Any commercial or advertising messages posted by users on the page will also be deleted.
Moderators may therefore delete at their discretion any contribution that contravenes the provisions of this charter or that they deem to be inconsistent with the spirit of exchange and conviviality that animates the StadeFrance page.
PUBLICATIONS
Users are solely responsible for the content posted on the page. As such, they guarantee that all information, data, files, videos and photographs published are free of copyright (e.g. do not post a photo of a person without their consent).
Users undertake to ensure that the content of their contributions complies with the laws and regulations in force. As such, it is prohibited to publish contributions on the StadeFrance page wall whose content:

- Contributions of a political nature or inciting violence, suicide, revisionism or anti-Semitism;
- Contributions condoning war crimes or crimes against humanity;
- Contributions calling for murder or inciting the commission of a crime;
- Contributions inciting discrimination or hatred.
- Would be abusive, rude, vulgar, or likely to offend minors.
- Would constitute commercial activity, including, but not limited to:
- Contributions containing a hyperlink to a commercial website;
- Contributions that are promotional in nature.
- Would infringe or be likely to infringe the rights of third parties and personality rights, including, but not limited to:
- Contributions that reproduce without authorisation a work or contribution protected by intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyright and related rights);
- Contributions that infringe on image rights or privacy rights;
- Contributions that infringe on the protection of a third party's personal data.
- Would infringe or be likely to infringe on the image or reputation of a brand or a natural or legal person.
Similarly, users must use language that is correct and understandable to all. It is recommended that SMS language and slang be avoided. Crude, vulgar or offensive language is prohibited. Smileys must also be used appropriately: they must reflect the user's state of mind and cannot under any circumstances be used to excuse insulting or degrading comments on the pretext of humour.
As a user, you can delete your own contributions at any time, depending on the features of the Facebook website. Users can unsubscribe from the StadeFrance page at any time by clicking on the ‘Unlike’ button on the StadeFrance page.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – COPYRIGHT
The content posted online by the Société d'exploitation du Stade de France itself, such as texts, logos, trademarks, images, ergonomics, layout, and any other element comprising this page, is the exclusive property of the latter and is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property.
COPYRIGHT ON CONTRIBUTIONS
All users must respect the intellectual property rights of authors. In particular, they must ensure that they do not reproduce and/or distribute on other Facebook pages or other media any contributions published on the StadeFrance page by users or by the Stade de France operating company without their prior consent.
Each user authorises the Stade de France operating company to reproduce, publish and distribute, in whole or in part, on any medium and for any use, the contributions (messages and/or content) that they have published on the StadeFrance page.
