I can see my tickets in the STADEFRANCE Tickets app, but they are not active. What should I do?
The ticket will be activated automatically within 24 hours of the event. Only an "activated ticket" on your smartphone will allow you access to the Stadium. The procedure is the same for the people to whom you have sent tickets. They must each present their "activated ticket" on their own phone.
