Testimony - Dubrac TP
Why did you choose to do your public relations at the Stade de France?
Because Stade de France is a legendary venue for me, firstly for the company, because it was built 200 metres from where my company was born. So we're very close. Secondly, we took part in its construction 25 years ago, since we did the equivalent of 30 million francs' worth of work in France, or 4.5-5 million euros.
And then, for several decades now, we have chosen to provide our commercial support through the Stade de France and all the events it organises.
How is your collaboration with Stade de France going?
It's an old relationship between us and the Stade de France. We've known each other since ‘95, so that's more than 24 years. We've owned the dressing room for over ten years, so we know the sales teams well, and we know the Stade de France management well, so we're often able to get tickets at the last minute when our dressing room is full and we still have requests for tickets. We have a sales support team that's there for us, to help us out. And then, above all, the day we wanted to hold our company's biggest event, which was the company's 100th anniversary, it was a very exceptional event because not everyone has access to the Stade de France pitch, especially today when it's being pampered. It is worked on by a very complete crew.
We were welcomed straight away and I met a team of young professionals, which was quite nice. I met some super professionals and with them we had, I think, the best evening in Seine Saint-Denis for a long time, with employees, employees' wives, children, customers, politicians, everyone mingling in a convivial atmosphere that people can't stop talking about.
Did the organisation of your corporate event meet your expectations?
Of course, since I can't go anywhere without being told ‘it was a great evening’, it was an evening of generosity, conviviality, sharing and mixing. There were 45 nationalities, politicians from right to left. We were there together. Our customers were there and it lived up to our expectations because it was a party.
