Testimony - ASSOCIATION PREMIERS DE CORDEE

Why did you choose Stade de France as your head office?
In 2011, we were looking for a head office to move out of Paris, among other places, and we first wanted to set up in the 93 area, and the Stade de France seemed the logical choice because in terms of accessibility and prestige in terms of location, it met all our criteria.
Is it a strength of hosting your partners at Stade de France?
For Premiers de cordée, we work with a lot of federations, with the sporting movement, in the broadest sense of the term. The Stade de France is an emblematic venue for French sport. It gives meaning when we receive our customers, when we receive our members, when we organise our events. It really fits in with the specifications we set ourselves as part of our activities.
What do you get out of working at Stade de France?
It gives us privileged access to certain services, particularly the restaurant upstairs. And that's always good for client or business meetings. We have a big problem with associations. I'd say it's financial and structural visibility from one year to the next. And it's true that we're not committed to a traditional three, six or nine year lease.
So the fact that you can actually leave each year on the anniversary date is one less constraint compared with a traditional lease.
