1 - WHAT WAS THE OBJECTIVE OF YOUR EVENT AT STADE DE FRANCE? WHAT TYPE OF AUDIENCE WAS IT AIMED AT?

On 15 December 2016, we organised an exhibition of security devices manufactured by our partners.

On this occasion, 31 exhibitors were able to present their products to our customers and prospects in the Ephémère lounge.

We also reserved two adjoining rooms used for the conferences for our customers.

We were able to lay out these three reception areas as we wanted while at the same time benefiting from a full range of turnkey facilities (microphones, speakers, Wi-Fi access, video projectors, screens, etc.).

Preparation of the booths began the day before the show enabling the exhibitors to set everything up and to be ready on the day.

On 15 December, more than 90 customers & prospects were able to enjoy our partners’ exhibition and conferences, interspersed with a finger buffet and cocktail in the Ephémère lounge.

In the afternoon, two unusual tours of Stade de France were also organised for our customers, allowing them to hear the stories and find out the secrets of this mythical place.

Stade de France thus gave our show an atypical dimension: we were able to benefit from a staging of our partner manufacturers’ products in a unique setting.

2 - WHY DID YOU CHOOSE STADE DE FRANCE?

The choice of Stade de France was natural and spontaneous and we had no hesitation about selecting it over any another site. We chose it because of its image and its reputation.

We had also used the services of Stade de France for another event in 2010, so we were aware of the quality of the reception and the services offered: the Stade has enabled us to enhance our relationship with our customers and prospects. That is why we renewed our trust in it for this 2nd professional event.

3 - IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT ARE THE STRENGTHS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY STADE DE FRANCE?

We felt supported from the first contact with the sales team right through to the end of the event at Stade de France: the sales teams were efficient and went out of their way to meet all our requests.

We were entirely satisfied with the services offered on the day, whether with regard to the location and facilities of the room, the sales and logistics support, catering or activities available.

5 - FINAL WORD

We would like to thank the teams of the Stade and in particular our production manager for his presence and responsiveness throughout our event. He provided a highly professional and friendly service.

We found Stade de France’s turnkey offer so attractive that we renewed the operation a week later in one of the stadia of the Vinci network: the Matmut Atlantique in Bordeaux.
