1- WHAT WAS THE OBJECTIVE OF YOUR EVENT? WHAT TYPE OF AUDIENCE WAS IT AIMED AT?

On June 8 2017, we organised the demonstration of our new product - a drone - at Stade de France for 250 people: customers and prospects.

We opted for a turnkey package costing €155 per person including the rental of the Auditorium, the Elyseum Presidential Lounge and an exhibition area in addition to the lounge for the day.

Our guests were also able to enter the arena to take advantage of the live demonstration of our new drone in flight; our drone is specially designed to check roofs, antennas, wind turbines and many other sites that are difficult to access.

2- WHY DID YOU CHOOSE STADE DE FRANCE? WHAT OTHER LOCATION DID YOU CONSIDER?

To organise our event, we considered another Parisian location, but the attractiveness of Stade de France finally convinced us.

The image of Stade de France, its reputation and the top-of-the-range offers it proposes are also real strengths, as well as the availability of the sales teams: they were very responsive, listened to us and adapted to all our requests.

3- IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT ARE THE STRENGTHS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY STADE DE FRANCE?

We felt supported from the first sales contact up until the end of our event.

Access to the site (transport, car parks...) and to the equipment were also simple for our guests and ourselves.

Finally, we found the services offered during this day very satisfactory: location and equipping of the areas, sales and logistical support, catering, activities, reception and professionalism of the Stade de France teams.
