1 - WHAT WAS THE OBJECTIVE OF YOUR EVENT? WHAT TYPE OF AUDIENCE DOES IT ADDRESS?

We have called on Stade de France on 2 occasions, notably on February 7 2017 as part of a Job-dating event to recruit new talent for HILTI.

Our job-dating was addressed to all short-listed candidates, i.e. employees and young graduates looking for work. Our employees (sales managers, recruitment officers and HR managers) were also present during this event.

Several areas of Stade de France were sectioned off for our event:

  • The Bar for the Boxes (also called the Coca Cola bar) which is located in the special box enclosure with wi-fi access and drinks at your disposal,
  • The alcoves in the corridor behind the boxes,
  • A spacious and friendly box with a full view of the arena,
  • Access to Stade de France’s car park.

In the morning and in the afternoon, we were able to organise two recruitment sessions to introduce the HILTI brand and its products to the candidates and then conduct the interviews, while enjoying a warm welcome and coffee breaks.

Thanks to Stade de France, we have differentiated ourselves by offering unique, original recruitment operations in unusual and convivial locations.

This public relations activity in this mythical place therefore allowed us to build real relationships between the 45 candidates present at this event and our employees. Each year, HILTI thus recruits 200 new employees to its teams.

2 - WHY HAVE YOU CHOSEN STADE DE FRANCE?

We did not have to visit other sites, we naturally turned to Stade de France to organise our job-dating because we were satisfied with the services offered during the first event, so we had established a real partnership with Stade de France and we were not disappointed.

The particularity of this stadium is its image but also its reputation; it is a weighty argument if you want to organise an unusual event and create surprise.

Sharing the values of Stade de France, namely the search for challenge, performance and team spirit, we also recognised ourselves in this unique place.

Finally, the sales teams are very responsive and they listen to us, they adapt to all our requests.

3 - FOR YOU, WHAT ARE THE STRENGTHS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY STADE DE FRANCE?

We felt supported from the first sales contact until the end of the job-dating event. Access to the site (transport, car parks...) and to equipment was easy for both candidates and employees. Lastly, we found the services offered on this day to be very satisfactory (room location and equipment, sales and logistical support, catering, activities).
