France vs Kazakhstan

Match annulé au Stade de France

Match at Stade de France cancelled

The France-Kazakhstan match, initially scheduled for Saturday, 13th November at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, as part of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers (21st November-18th December 2022), will, in the end, take place at Parc des Princes in Paris.

Last night, the French Football Federation and Stade de France were informed by the Préfecture de Police that this match could not be held at Stade de France due to the work on the future Charles de Gaulle Express. The RER B line will be closed and major disruptions on the Transilien K and the TER in the North and North-East areas of Paris are expected on 13th November, a date set by UEFA for hosting Kazakhstan, before the trip to Finland on 16th November, which is the last match in Group D.
